Your First Visit
Welcome to our Atlanta dental practice and thank you for choosing Atlanta Dental Solutions to care for your dental needs. Our desire is that you maintain optimal dental health throughout your life. Our goal is to provide you with highest quality dental care possible. Quality time is allowed in our schedule for the doctor to meet with each patient. For your first visit, we reserve 90 minutes exclusively for you. Our doctors spend this time getting to know you, your goals, and your concerns. The doctor will perform an initial oral exam complete with:
- Oral cancer screening
- Appropriate radiographs
- Full periodontal exam (evaluation of your gums)
- Detailed restorative exam (evaluation of your teeth)
- Intraoral photographs
Once the doctor completes your review, the appropriate hygiene therapy for your oral health needs will be recommended.

For your convenience, please note that our patient information and health history form can be downloaded and printed from this site. A few minutes spent completing this form prior to your visit will allow us to spend more time getting acquainted with one another and your specific dental needs.
We recognize that circumstances may arise which will require you to reschedule your dental appointment. If this should occur, please allow at least two full working days notice, so that we may utilize this scheduled time to care for another patient.
